Danny did not discuss the location or range of the unit prior to Jermaine and Liston Networks being on site, which was 1/28/2013. When they arrived that Monday, Danny met Jermaine and the Liston crew at the dock and stated that since the Main complex has good cell signal, a better test would be at Five Palms, where the signal quality is poor. Jermaine told Danny to verify with Brice if it was okay to install the antenna on Five Palms rather than on the Screen room, as was originally plan, when Jermaine spoke with JE about "trying a booster". 2. Jermaine, Danny and the Liston crew were at Five Palms when Danny called Brice for approval of the installation at this site, and Brice then asked Danny if the range was strong enough to go past a mile. Jermaine responded that it was not, but it would definitely cover 500 feet beyond Five Palms. Only when Liston was on site were these questions asked and answered. 3. Brice then directed for the antenna to be set in the original slated location, which was the roof of the Screen room. Per Jermaine, if Danny only needed the location and range questions answered, now having received the information, the Liston crew could have been dismissed, and Danny could have then proceeded with the installation as was the original plan, and Jermaine still would have assisted, which was the original agreement. EFTA_R1_00336865 EFTA01904783 I was updating Jermaine religiously on items that related to him on the Punch List, asking him to update me on his items, and updates that came via Karen. Not once was it mentioned on the Punch List that Danny was awaiting information from Jermaine before be could proceed with the antenna installation. Only when Liston was on site were these questions answered. The only piece of equipment that Danny was asked to install was the antenna, which he could not do without the above questions being answered. Therefore on 1/25/13 I got the verbal from JE to proceed with a sub-contractor to mount the cell repeater along with the termination of the fiber blue beach. JE also sent me an email on the 1/29/13 asking where was the repeater to be mounted. The "testing" is for the wiring to verify negative line loss. The manufacture sent a piece of equipment that does not work and will be returned to the manufacturer. Liston Networks is consulting with a former AT&T Technician to verify. If this effort fails the unit will be returned to "SureCell".
