Today we had a meeting to review accounting software, tax filing entities and plan for Harry to do certain returns. Harry, myself, jeanne (via conference call), Skip, Larry, Drew and Andrew were all present. First step is that Tarlow will convert returns from Lacerte to Go Systems (Tarlow software) He has not yet received Lacerte tax files from Larry as Larry seems to be dragging his feet with this transition. Drew is going to setup a subaccount on Go Systems tax software that we can access to prepare returns. I continue to believe that Drew is the smartest of the group. We are targeting middle of February to have Harry begin preparing returns. I will prepare a memo for you on tax issues we will need to address in 2013.
