HO need a copy of the vehicle info and auto insurance. The vehicle incident and the contract labor are 2 separate issues. You are in breech of contract by not paying the amounts we agreed on. You and your staff were aware of the crime and dangerous driving conditions on the island before i arrived.You and your staff allowed me to drive your vehicle without asking for my vehicle information. I have been and am currently experiencing lower back since the incident. I have another meeting with my attorney in the morning and he is requesting all information from the incident and all the emails on our labor agreement.I would like to settle this without taking further legal action. I am willing to pay the insurance deductible and something about a mattress, if we can get this issue reslolved by 10:00am tomorrow Tuesday Feb. 5, 2013. By law i have 14 days to claim bodily injury and tomorrow will mark day EFTA_R1_00340829 EFTA01907045 14. If i do not hear from you by 10am i will assume that this will not be handled amicably.
