He asked if there was any possibility for more money and I told him if there was it would not be enough to risk the 1031 tax exchange savings and JC agreed. Obviously I know the market enough to know that the entire deal was a good and fair deal for everyone. It is clear that Enrique is trying to sell for as much as possible and he is using me as the person who is telling him his aircraft is worth more. Hopefully you and Jeffrey can recognize this is merely a negotiation tactic. I do not think I could have possibly done anything more the help get us this close.
