I carefully reviewed my detailed databases and found absolutely not even one message. More importantly, Peggy, a single woman in her mid sixties with no support, and who relied upon you to take care of her, asked you to review her business because she believed that she was being taken advantage of. You, Peggy and I agreed more than six months ago that you would undertake, immediately not a full audit, but a full random sampling of both past and recent billings to determine how much money Peggy was owed. Afterwards , a revamp of her current tenuous circumstance driven by your suggestion was to take place . Yesterday, during our conversation, which I have memorialized, you made it very clear that you have done nothing that you said you would. I know you took offense at the manner in which questions were asked of you. however your comments re the tone of the conversation merely evaded the need to answer legitmate inquiry. However, despite the many months you have had to complete your promised review, even today, you still had absolutely no idea about how much money is owed to Peggy, currently or for the past. and had no answers for Peggy except for the same one regarding Corporate Tax that you gave during that initial conversation in May or June. ( a item that you said that Katia explained to you ) Most astonishingly, I learned only today that you asked Peggy to invade her life savings in order to pay her taxes, and that, as a result of your unconscionable neglect, Peggy had no choice but to do so. More than six months have passed without you doing anything to fulfill your promises to Peggy to ascertain the extent of the problem and oversee the operation of her current accounts. I expect you will immediately follow up to discharge your long overdue obligations and rectify this serious breach of your duties to a good woman who trusted you.
