I have reached out taregarding the things within her control - lightbulbs and iron. We have never had it but I think it would be a good idea for me to make an apartment checklist for maintenance items and go into the apartment every time a guest has stayed (after it has been cleaned). That would include things like lightbulbs, irons , TV, remotes, kitchen items and whether anything has been damaged. I will also watch what John checks when he goes in, in case I haven't thought of it. When I tried to iron a shirt, the iron leaked a stream of rust. Broken pots/pans in the kitchen. The apartment I stayed at last time had similar problems and essential items missing If you want, I'm happy to take the apartments, one at a time and provide a list of things that needs repair and maintenance. After all, you are still paying me for two more weeks of consulting, so I'd like to provide you with my services as paid for.
