One guy, who worked for FSB used to threaten my ex, telling him he could revoke his passport unless he paid him for "protecting him." That guy would call me on my bday (he could find out when my bday was only by having an access to my personal file); and according to my ex (not sure if true or not) would threaten him that something might happen to me... It was in spring/ summer 2007, then I left to Milan and don't know what happened after.. My ex ended up leaving Moscow eventually .. Hypothetically, could have put some info about me in the system...
