Withers and our UK attorney are in process of negotiating exhibition loans of several pledged works and Withers has been asked not to complete them until we have guidance form Leon. I have not reached out to the UK lawyer who is working on the loan agreement with the Tate for the Malevich as Diana H. seems to think that will not materialize.
