Will be back on the 24th, and packing up apt last week of July, if you will be in town at all then. We won't have plans to look at until they demo the space. Essentially, we will be gaining more ceiling height, more square footage in all the rooms, adding skylight, steam room etc. Hard to explain until you've seen the space. The developer ran out of money at end of project 8 yrs ago and cut alot of corners.
