Jeremy Rubin is a junior at MIT studying Electrical Engineering and Computer Science.
Currently Jeremy is organizing the MIT Bitcoin Project, an initiative he started with Dan
Elitzer to give $100 is bitcoin to every MIT undergraduate (and much more, including a
competition and a conference). Jeremy first came onto the Bitcoin scene with Tidbit, a system
to replace web advertisements with cryptocurrency mining (currently fighting a NJ subpoena).
He is the lead developer for HackMIT, and a Researcher at the MIT Media Lab in the Viral
Spaces group. Jeremy has previously interned at Jane Street Capital and Nokia.
