Not clear on what use tax was paid, why paid separately and why the installments of equal amounts - the payments coincide with the refurbishing.. Also not clear why John H. was putting money into Avionetta relating to the plane sold previously (old tail number below). I will follow up with Melanie/Tom. . And note that neither the Apollo reimbursements nor the charges to portfolio companies mentioned by John S regarding are deposited in Avioneeta account. .
