Monday 26th May (PM) the Data circuit link went down again, unable to reset. Yesterday afternoon, I was at Sandia Crest, there until 7pm with Century Link and TW Telco checking/testing the Data Circuit. TW Telco are able to get signal to our smart jack on Sandia Crest, but could not see our equipment on the Data Circuit. With Internal testing of our link, it appears the Microwave Radio has taken a hit at some point either from lighting or a power surge. The Ranch still has satellite service (Space Net) for Internet (Data) and at this time one T1 for Phone. (TW Telco) My concem is the complete failure of the Phone T1 card. The existing radios where installed by Valcom. around 08/2005 Richard Boltz (Advanced Communications) helped me with the internal testing. The owner of Advanced Communications is requesting payment of the outstanding invoice for equipment and infrastructure before a service call to test the Ranch's Radios is scheduled Invoice submitted to NYC for payment 8 April 2014 Outstanding balance is $22,739.34 How do wish to proceed, pay invoice or wait until Rich has reviewed quote for T1 service upgrade?
