Hi
I am doing scouting in different countries (Eastern Europe)and could have partners
The investment is done mostly by MC2
Some money will be paid back and I want to bring it back to US
I need different structure than MC2 in order to work with other agencies
Is Delaware a good idea to have a corporation for this
