The FCC will not release the frequency for the dragon wave radios nor will VINGN allow him to start any configurations without the proper paperwork in place. I suggested to him an alternative of starting everything tinder his banner and then transferring everything to us when the ISP paperwork is completed and we are established as an ISP. As always. I made it clear to him that this was only a suggestion on my part and that he must discuss and consult with Rich and Cecile and follow their directive. The Tower WIFI is to progress accordingly even if the ISP is still not ready. I discussed with Terrence the use of our current service as a plan 13 until the ISP is ready. The anchor plates and electrical conduits are to be laid this week. I have discussed with Danny V. the electrical needs for the tower and for him to assist Terrence with the electrical so all can tun as smoothly as possible. Janusz mailed me the chrome boxes on Thursday, I expect to have them no later than Tuesday. I will research the logi tech conference cam.
