These guys are nuts and detached but affiliated with the med school. Can operate a little differently (prizes,etc)

Would say create
"Vagus X Lab"
and it is super funny for reasons that only we will understand and that is that the vagus is the 10th cranial nerve
and all of the anatomic annotations just cal the vagus "X"
i'm dying to get out of here
