Once the Sportis is in the Water you will be able to hear the ear soar of water splashing against the hull. We do not have test 300 hp engines - and cannot use new engines, otherwise they arc not new anymore when we use them for 5-10 hours. I recommended to change the position of the engines by regulating them up/down on the regulation screws - not to change them completely to other ones. Our problem with the Sportis is a noise and hull issue not an engine issue, I was informed by 2 Boat captains that changing the engines will not make a difference because it will still sound the same. Please use what ever engines you may have in stock or on hand to test the Sportis to determine the noise and hull issue. Thank You, Ann R.
