On Monday I hosted a reception here for about 40 people. 15 were members of the Black Congressional Caucus. (They came to NY to attend a Humpty Dumpty program at the UN). Yesterday I told Gene who was over the house the night before. He said to me " you should have invited mc. I would have put on a suit and tic. I know how to handle them.
