(with $180K down and monthly payments being only 15% of net income after alimony!, and for which we would pay off most of mortgage when nancy sells her house)... anyway, am working to see if I can up things enough so that we can qualify ourselves, which still might be possible.. if not, I checked that in order to guarantee loan they will need documentation from at least one income stream to verify ability to guarantee.. this might be painful for you?. are you sure you want to do that?
