I would have thought they had already done so. I can add typical provisions to the contract regarding pre-closing inspection rights, and ability to inspect again within 24 hours of closing. 2. But the Seller won't sign a contract that is contingent upon your review and approval of the Plan documents, and you would have to review and approve those documents prior to signing the contract.
