Mahir asked me to find out what name /LLC I wanted to use for it and in that call he told me that the brokerage firm would be listed as CMB Realty. They asked me to confirm the brokerage fee since this was going to contract, I confirmed the deal was 2% , CMB said it was low, I said it's the deal take it or leave it, they suggested I pick this up on my own at this point.
