It was suggested that we purchase a 10' PVC pipe 3" diameter which acts as a sleeve to hold pole 2.875" in place. We should cut 10' pipe in half and sink in at least 30" for each post. It will be cut off at grade when concrete is cured. It was also suggested to use a 12" diameter for the form to leave opening where the center anchor will go.
