Internet: New Router installed Poles, Power and Trenching at RC and Main house next week Satellite services, testing and completion of project estimated to be 9th March Pool and Spa Pool: Stains removed, plaster polished , Spa: Sourced matching 1 x 1 tile, grouted, fill Monday Both should be filly operational 22nd Feb Dakota Well HGS, unable to remove pump with there Rig. Have contacted Rogers Drilling for proposal for Acid Treatment and to pull pump with there biggest Rig. The last resort, is to give the pump a big pull in hope of dislodging it. If this does not work, then the well, will be non operational. Contacted JCH for budgetary proposal to upgrade water distribution system . We can not move enough water with two 25 gpm pumps from Well 4, K and B to Res to sustain Main House,RC and LV's House for the next irrigation season. HVAC The Control system for HVAC is sporadically losing programming, ECI are unable to confirm why at this time. Have asked ECI for updated proposal for upgrading control system. Will forward once in hand. Trees 8 Witcha Blue Junipers to be planted by end of the Month.
