Meetings with both the GC and the purchasing agent (PMG) took place and they are ready to begin work, but they need their signed contracts. I need approvals on both the CG contract as well as the purchasing agents contract inorder to move forward. These were both sent to Richard Kahn on Nov. 5th. I sent Richard and email requesting a call to follow up on any questions and this call did not happen until 11.19. I explained to Richard quite clearly that in order to get the revised purchase order (first pass was sent, but this did not include the changes from JE) for the furniture and for us to move forward the proposal from PMG (total of $8,500) that I sent over needs to be signed and the deposit check will need to be sent. I have sent an email every 3 days to Richard requesting a follow up with no response. If we are to meet our timeline I need to have all signed off on so that we can move forward in a timely manner. I have spoken to Michael Borrico and he is ok with the schedule starting phase one of construction mid January, but the PMG contract needs to be signed. I really don't know what the hold up is on a $8,500 contract. This is peanuts and it has been in their hands since the beginning of November.
