Tablet to control projector, receiver, media player and BD was not shipped with equipment. Installer informed Sony yesterday morning, overnight shipping was arranged with expected delivery 4pm today. At this time we have not received tablet, messages have been left with Sony, no response. 2. The media player/hard drive for downloading 4k movies needs to be installed next to projector This unit requires a secondary HDMI cable and Internet connection to be installed form Equipment cabinet to projector. 3. The existing HDMI cable is not compatible with projector, Sony informed installer a specific Brand of HDMI Cable for any length over 50 ft, we required a HDMI cable 65ft 4. Dimensions for new projector provided prior to install were incorrect, the projector is taller 1 1/4 inches, therefore will not fit into existing cavity. To make this work for your visit We have increased height of cavity to fit projector. A new cover will need to made to hide projector.
