standard is that I receive full year payment up front. you wanted to: I discount my fee.
rationale- carlyn was my recoommendation , though i was never asked to review consulted or
even informed. of nay actions she took or even suggested ( email traffic shows that there were
many suggestions made by her and her team that were ignored , afr rate not right ). 2. you then
wanted the fees spread over time. I agreed, you then wanted the fees paid at the end rahter than
the begiing of the period I agreed . 3. you then asked that 1.5 million of the fee go to charity. . i
agreed. 4. you asked that the first payment be delayed. by a few weeks. I agreed, you then
asked that it be delayed again i agreed, 5 we then agreed again 4 payments of ten milliion at the
end of the period excepet the first moved from jan to dec. , with the caveat that no more delays,
on dec 16. you asked eileen to hold off payment. , on dec 5 you asked that I pay I million to the
charity. I did . withholding dec payment , without even talking to me, though I acceptted it , it
broke our agreement. no problem . however though as i have mentioned ad nauseum, your work
is a multiple of time originally allocated. deeper problems than i could have imagined, but I
except for complaining I would, of course always live up to my end of the bargain. as the
payment was intentially withheld I wanted you to be aware that I no longer feel bound to
continue .
