I am at a complete stand still until the two proposals that were sent to you and that we discussed on the phone on Nov 5th are signed and returned to me. I have done 100% of work that can be done on my end until these get signed and we can start to schedule work and move forward. I have sent several emails stating just this with no response, please see attached. We are losing time as it has been a month and there still is no progress. In order to get the revised purchase order for the furniture and for us to move forward the proposal from that I sent over needs to be signed and the deposit check will need to be sent, this is only $8,500 and there are terms to this proposal. They sent over the first pass of the furniture on good faith and there are revisions that need to be made to that package on the side as I have provided them with all the revised specification already. For us to move forward we need to have final numbers and start ordering ASAP and this requires a signed contract. I hope that this is clear, if not please let me know as I feel like a broken record.
