I forgot ask you: The first contract we had for the Gil sale you mention a $10,000 commission to pay for Brooke current Collage tuition that was due in October, since I was able to get Gary to pay the additional 510,000 brokers fee out of Gary's $40k commish. of course that deal didn't close, but I feel my personality and knowledge helped with the sale and showing of the Gil last week in Islip. I displayed all the current log books a table, the Buyers Pilot took a photo and sent to buyer, and told him out GIl maintenance is impeccable and was impressed with my log history and Mx items. Since that deal didn't close and Gary produced another buyer, should I assume I didn't earn this commission to pay for her school, I already paid $8,965.83 last month and I expect to receive another invoice in January for the same amount for her second term.
