As you know we mostly build for military and law-enforcement agencies around the world. So where we usually begin is to fully understand the agency's requirements and mission profile. Can I ask a few questions? Where will the platform primarily be used? (AOR) Are there any transportation limitations? Slip size? (Moorage) Tow vehicle limitations? Launch and retrieval limitations? If yes, what brands are serviced in that area? If no, do we need to create an organic service and maintenance capability? If unsure, we will investigate the service capabilities in the area once we are aware of where the platform will be used. Then we focus on the basics: Desired speed, range, crew size, weapons stations, ballistic protection, and basic use of the platform. So the more we understand how, where, how often you plan to use the platform, the better we can do meeting your requirements and expectations.
