Boater customs
I spoke to Marine terminal customs in St Thomas,. if traveling from BVI's to STT in a boat, and ALL persons on
board the Boat have the St Thomas Local Boaters registration card, and the boat captain files a " FLOAT Plan"
with customs, you have 24 hours to report to Customs marine port to clear into US territory. This is for after
hours night time boating. Rules for after hours entry into BVI customs may vary, this is info for retuming to USVI
via boat after Marine customs office is closed..
