Air Handler for 9' floor approved- 5-6 weeks for part 4. Air Chiller for master bedroom approved- 2-3 weeks for parts 5. Gym ceiling- to begin Monday 11/18 6. Shears in samples from Tara in dining room 7. Outside windows to be cleaned week of 11/18 8. Estimate Dry cleaning of massage room drapes approved- date to be set 9. Removal of paint on front of 9 E to be estimated week of 11/18 Zorro I. Movie Room — Date being set for Sony to do onsite consult. 2. Pool Controller- approved and with RK to be done 3. Internet- do you want to revisit contract with Hughes Net as redundancy to Time Warner to receive more mg's? Two year contract for up to 5 mg, 1.5 mg now being received via Time Warner. 4. RC Pump repair to be continued next week. 5. Actuators replacement quotes to RK for approval for MH heating coils. 6. Estimate to hang picture to be acquired next week. LSJ 1. Compound- 11/16 Jimmy now concrete and tile for week of 12/2. 2. Tennis court- Jimmy being contacted numerous times for quote due. 3. 5 palms doors repair- to be begun Monday 11/18, shooting for end of week to complete. Dome- parts being ordered. 4. Kite house flag light battery replaced, now working again. 5. Kitchen sink part replaced, now working. 6. 10 palm trees and 100 sprouts order being verified by Daphne - want to arrive 11/22. 7. Cabana I phone, theater, captains office intemet — repair to begin Monday11/18. 8. Commercial washer /dryer for housekeeping approved to being sent to RK for order. 9. Plants for Compound — JE reviewing. 10. Shade/Blind fabric samples being mailed, quotes rec'd- emailed to RK. 11. Furniture /cushions for compound- ordered and to Tropical between11/20 — 12/11. 12.
