Larry's house update.doc Jeffrey Attached letter from JJ regarding stucco at Larrys JJ has concerns regarding the color match and texture of the house cement based stucco vs the garage texture and color His recommendation is to apply a synthetic stucco to house, JJ also indicated that the synthetic stucco is a superior product. There is an extra cost of $2000.00 for Synthetic finish vs cement finish (material only) We have already purchased paint for garage and plan to paint it Monday. which finish would you prefer, cement based or synthetic that will more closely match garage finish and color.
