He has stated that they are not discussing publicly the sales, and / or any specific terms. The sale is being brokered by Cribb, Green, and Associates which is a mergers and acquisitions firm that specializes in the media industry. While the Cribb, Green, and Associates firm is available to address inquiries and I have some of the basic contact information for the firm which I have listed below, the real question is whether, or not, we should pursue other connections, or channels, to collect more information around the sale where it may be possible.
