I understood you had another meeting in which you expressed your frustration. I would suggest
another analogy, I believe Your role should be that of the passenger-( family along for the ride )
and as on your airplane should tell only have to tell the pilot where you want to go. enjoy the
ride , have your choice of stewardesses. :)..However, There is no pilot. you are forced to jump
into the seat left mssupied.
is a mechanic, a methodical careful one used to dealing with
propeller planes.
who has mechanical experience , wants to focus on seat belts. air bags. the
chances of the wings falling off, the tires exploding, both engines failing at the same time, with her
reasoning of Im jt
trying to protect you from an accident.AS you are aware She really wants
to be the pilot.
has played a lot of roles . co pilot. onboard chef. catering to the families
indiv needs bookkeeper etc. I hope that Mow on the team , the operations will go smoother
though . I have not met your new bookkeeper controller. I fully understand your desire born of
past need to understand the detailed mechanics of the engine ( its fascinating ), its hydraulic
systems, electrical , and some of the aerodynamics, as well as your justified concern for flying
through turbulence, ( audits). Not totally dissimilar to the lack of a tax director at Apollo. the
plane is large, complicated and requires many people to operate if its to do so efficiently however
without a very experienced pilot that you can close your eyes and sleep as you travel. you will be
driven crazy. or worse
