Greetings Steph and Roy, When you came on board, even before I met you officially, I pledged then, as I do now, to assist, in any way, that I personally could, to help you both with your transition. If I had to do this all over again, I would still make that pledge - there is only ONE project - Jeffrey - and I am 1000% on board with carrying that project forward in the direction that he wants - to the best of my ability. You told me once you did not understand why the had so many issues with me. I can tell you why - when their actions no longer were alignment with Jeffrey's directives. You decided that you wanted to return to the Charter industry. I was saddened by the news, I told you Roy that "I had fallen in like with you", but I respect your decision, and am at peace that I at least made your tenure here easier at times. Ron is now starting his journey. It has been a very rough start, due to many factors - that again, I expected. What I did not expect, Stephanie, is knowing what you and Roy went through with the how they did not give you a proper transition, that you would turn and do the same to Ron. I did not see that coming. EFTA_R1_00427499 EFTA01956467 There were many days I DREADED getting on the boat to LSJ when the were there. It was so very difficult, but Jeffrey needed me to be there. I did not do it alone - everyone in the STC office, the NY office, Carlos, Danny, Boscoc, Peter, so many people the list would go on forever, made my task easier. I would still have done my job, but they made a difference so many times in an often difficult situation, and I never forget the good that people do for me Jeffrey chose Ron. Ron is on LSJE because Jeffrey chose to put him in place there. The staff needs to understand this. They do not understand this. We are currently not having a productive transition. We started off on a wrong foot - we do not have to re-hash the specifics - we know it runs the gauntlet. People remember how you begin, and they also remember how you end. I am asking you to think about that, not because of Ron, I am asking you to think about how you want to be remembered.
