Hi Jeffrey
I hope that you are well. I want to check in with you on the following points.
I'm hoping that we can speak today. I'm available at any time except from 3:15-
4:15 EST.
1.) Position review - July 24- Aug 31 performance was up approx 3.72%, main
focus is long USD six months out vs commodity currencies and JPY.
- Position suffered today as August employment was worse than expected
dampening prospects for Fed tapering in Sept. This does not change my six
month outlook. I will let you know if it does.
- Good news is that if the AUD stays where it is and doesn't trade below .8760
(it is at .9190 now),we will realize a gain of approx $44k Monday at io oo am.
2) New Positions - JPM told me that I cannot initiate any new trades (except
potentially hedging existing trades) and that I should speak with you about
this. As you can imagine, this is a drag on my ability to trade and make
money.
3) Registration - after great expense of time and money, I've found that I do
not need to register with the SEC/State of Ct to trade FX or OTC FX options.
You may remember that on the advice of my lawyers I had inserted a clause in
the IMA that had me take no compensation until I was registered. We need to
remove that language.
Please let me know which number I should call. I look forward to speaking.
Laurie
