In the past , It was problematic to receive confirmation from you that we had a loan deal one evening , only to be told the very next morning ,that you had changed your mind, . Now after agreeing in person , and re confirming the concept of mutuality of releases . the agreement came back with almost all the mutual clauses specifically taken out. thanks for re inserting. notices are to larry? what if larry is no longer there? Boris is releasing Melinda . and I am sensitve to the issue, of her not signing . should Bill indemnify against Melinda bring a claim. ? since she is not a party. ? I assume the immediate goal is to have the email go out. If we do it on a handshake, ( documents will not be final until next week ). can we revisit the grantor trust?
