I meet with PRC-NM, Friday and outlined the situation with obtaining services from Century Link. As of today an informal complaint and request for services was filed, with backup documentation. The request was that Century Link provide services that they had indicated they could provide. Century Link are required to respond within ten business day, it has been requested they expedite there response. In the mean time have have made contact with Steven Grabiel from HSI, Edgewood and are pursuing that option.
