Watching Andreessen help Meg Whittman is instructional in how it can really help folks. It also keeps me from Apple and Google. I know I am about the only person who could help Bill personally if he is going to be involved. They are going to lay off 1000+ engineers from Windows while complaining they can't get enough done to compete. It is insane. Apparently when ballmer sold the reorg to the board this was part of the deal. Crazy. I can't tell you the quality of people they arc losing. My inbox is filled with the best people who want out. BTW, I am using your advice and cooking up a scheme for a company.
