I called Chris and told him that I received a "strange" phone call from Sharon Hupprich
yesterday and this morning regarding him breaking his lease and leaving at the end
of the month.
He said that was correct. I asked him what was going on and if he was leaving us.

Mary will probably return to Florida at some point.
He will stick it out and see how it goes with the new guy.
He said his realtor advised him NOT to speak to Sharon Hupprich.
