I have attached our original terms with Chris which stated we would pay 1st month rent and put up money for security deposit and last month rent. My understanding from Daphne is that the last month rent is being used by Chris for September 2013 and security deposit is being used for damages / penalty to break his lease. Chris is still asking Daphne why he is still a contractor and not a full time employee. He said that was correct. I asked him what was going on and if he was leaving us. He said he is leaving the present rental because he cannot afford it. Mary will probably return to Florida at some point. He will stick it out and see how it goes with the new guy. He said his realtor advised him NOT to speak to Sharon Hupprich.
