I think I told you that Steve Pinker is on board to organize one of the 3 mini-workshops we will have april 4-5th, and I have asked Craig Venter to organize the second.. and the third will be on the future of entrepreneurship, technology, and financial markets... the one with your boys.. Also, I may need your advice and help on various other nonsense which may or may not require response and action....so would be happy to talk about that too.. 3. The Origins commitment for Rob Boyd's Post Doc, who you agree to support when we tried to recruit him (evolutionary psychology and anthropology, studying cultural evolution), is as follows: $130,000 plus over three years which equals $60,510 per year for a total of $181,530. The foundation processing fee of 2% means a three year gift $185,235 would cover the entire amount. Meanwhile, you will be happy to know that I have been focusing almost exclusively on science between events when here.. The Higgs dark energy paper appeared in PRL this week, and they have featured it.. Now working on an interesting new piece of work on baryogeneisis.. For each have brought a student and a postdoc from Arizona to work with me in Australia.. a nice situation.. ANU is paying to allow me to bring a bunch of them each year to work with me, and the environment here is very conducive to just that..
