I talked to my lawyer and I need to really get the application ready asap. I 00k should be ok to
satisfy the requirement that the E-2 enterprise generate income substantially above what would be
considered a living. They also want evidence that the E-2 investor has other sources of income
(income from real estate properties, investments etc.), which could have been wired to a bank
account in Slovakia.
