I was informed by the prospective lender that my credit report contained a record of a judgment against me. I just received my credit report and there is a record of a judgment in your favor with status indicating "Not resolved." This has a significant negative impact on my credit. As you know, we are current on our obligations under our agreement. I've asked Rich on numerous occasions since we signed the agreement to ensure that the appropriate paperwork was filed with the Marshall's Office to notify them of status. He has not replied to my emails. I can only assume that it is not your intention to cause me permanent damage and hardship and prevent me from obtaining credit (especially so I can grow my company and retire your very costly loan!) so I would like to ask for your assistance in removing this from my credit report -- I do not have the legal expertise to know the machinations but I understand that mechanisms do exist. Time is of the essence because this loan is pending.
