It uses an internet platform to find them and recruit them and is planning to act as next Linkedin/recruiter. It is a new version of practical problem solving MENSA I like a theoretical concept. My bias is that focusing on a top 1% is more likely to result in a change than focusing in 99% bottom. However, I am not sure that got it right. A guy that funds them is great.
