Subject Re: Jean Lucs apartment
Hi
Of course,
can supervise , it will be a great help.
I am coming back to NY end of the week, and will stay until July 15th
If paint work could be scheduled after, it would be perfect.
Also, it gives me time to buy the paint and organize furniture,objects,etc and make it easier
thanks
let jean luc decide

I have inspected Jean Lucs apartment with Andrew. He has confirmed the water damage is the
buildings responsibility. Jean Luc mentioned that he wanted the apartment repainted. The pans
that are not damaged will be our responsibility. Andrew says we can do it all at once and he
will discuss with Anthony how to divide it.
There is A LOT of artwork, furniture, objects in the apartment so they do want someone (Jean
Luc or someone on behalf of him) present when the work is done. I know Jean Luc said in his
email that he cant be there to watch them as he is traveling. So maybe you want me to
supervise.
