She is the person I started to tell you about when we spoke earlier. She spent 5' years at Debevoise, all in the T&E group. In March of this year, she left and formed her own LLC to work privately. Great educational background, very intelligent, extremely nice-very high quality person. When you look at her resume you may say she is overqualified but she understands some of the work will be lower level and that Ada will be doing most of the planning work. Her husband is a partner at another law firm. She wants to work but wants more flexibility. She is available immediately. She is expecting a baby in December (her third). Thought would be to use her on a consulting basis between now and December and then if it working, potentially have her come on the payroll after she has her baby.
