I have asked Jeffrey's permission then. Not having any answer , I have tried to do it my self. But they are leaks from windows. Joints in the bathroom that have to be arranged. This is for the building maintenance. Or I can have e it fixed if someone gives me the name of a general contractor. Also, filters of air conditioning need to be changed. I have never asked anything have always been very thankful for what Jeffrey is doing I don't mind to pay the repairs.
