Scenario would be: Fed Ex your 10 year passport to Washington on Wed. May 22 (when you are in NY). Agency receives on Thurs. May 23 and processes. You depart for STT on Fri. May 24 without your passports. Agency then Fed Ex's passports to you on island Mon. May 27. YOu receive on Tucs. May 28th. (scary to me!)
