I. She says she now would like wallpaper and has sent us an image of wallpaper. Ion has been painting the colors she wanted for a week now and has just completed the job. 2. She says she is thinking of changing the floors to dark brown. We will need to fix up the paint work again after this. 3. She has sent us photos of rooms at the Hyatt and says she wants to replicate the furniture in these room. Please advise: I. Should we source wallpaper and get quotes for installation? 2. Should I get the floor people to come and give us a quote and lead time for sanding and staining of floors? 3. are you currently sourcing her furniture? I know you were working on it with her last week. As she has now changed her mind, I would just like to clarify who should be sourcing it and how I should contribute.
