In 2010, the hourly rate increased to $25 (our standard rate is $28 per hr) for both the Main House and Ranch Central, making the monthly net billing, before NM Gross Receipts Tax, for the Main House and Ranch Central $3,791.67 and the Pilot House $433.33, for a total of EFTA_R1_00472645 EFTA01983184 $4,225.00.
